Today I hired Home Vision to clean the gutters and make some needed repairs to a very large four family home. They quoted the price for the cleaning over the phone by using Google Maps The price was a bit below pricing I have received on equivalent properties so I had them proceed. Two young men from Home Vision showed up on time, even a little bit early. They started the cleaning immediately and in the process did an inspection of what they felt needed to be done in way of the repairs. Nothing to excessive and in line for what I was expecting (came out to about $175.00 in repairs). I did not get any feeling they were trying to “sell” me, on any of the repairs they suggested. They took some photos to confirm some matter I could not see from the ground. As far as the cleaning, there were a number of difficult areas that I was questioning to myself as to if they would be able to reach them…..but they were pretty good with the use of the ladder and took care of everything. No mess dropped on ground and nothing left behind. Good experience and I will use them again.
